With my lip/hand swatches of the new Maybelline Limited Edition Fall 2013 purple lip colors came a promise for comparisons! Today I’m showing you a few side by sides plus my quick purple ombre above.
When it comes to colors I really dig purple. I love greens as a very close second but purple is my jam. It is so exciting that drugstore brands like Maybelline are jumping on the vibrant & super bold purple lip trend & I was sucked into buying 3 products from their Fall 2013 display. When it comes to eyeshadows from the drugstore, the Maybelline Color Tattoos are easily some of my favorites. I wear them as eyeshadow bases nearly day to day & also wear them on their own. When I heard they were coming out with pigments…I was ecstatic. I LOVE pigments! These are the first true mainstream/drugstore pigments I’ve tried that weren’t some form of sheer. Maybelline Color Tattoos are just plain awesome, the only bad thing about them is that they can’t call be permanent! This collection brings about duochromes…let those angels sing.
