The Urban Decay Wired Pressed Pigment Palette made me gasp when I saw promo images. It’s here- the followup of the oh-so-beloved Urban Decay Electric Palette! I still have my original palette (nostalgia to the max) so I was practically jumping at the chance to love on Urban Decay brights in a new format. Make Up For Ever Star Lit Powder Pigments Swatches & Review
Pigments have always had a special place in my heart. I discovered really cheap formulas when I was in middle school but they were absolutely the best. Back in the day, the drugstore just didn’t have very many good eyeshadows. Discovering pigments opened up so many options. Granted…I probably should’ve have been allowed to rock baby blue metallics as much as I did…but that is in the past. NEW Maybelline Color Tattoo Pure Pigments Eyeshadow Swatches & Review
When it comes to eyeshadows from the drugstore, the Maybelline Color Tattoos are easily some of my favorites. I wear them as eyeshadow bases nearly day to day & also wear them on their own. When I heard they were coming out with pigments…I was ecstatic. I LOVE pigments! These are the first true mainstream/drugstore pigments I’ve tried that weren’t some form of sheer. Drugstore Mermaid Costume Makeup Tutorial- with Scales & Glitz!
I have to say, I’ve been so excited about this post! It has been my favorite idea because all I used was easy to find drugstore makeup. From foundation to false lashes, the full tutorial is in the video below! I’ve also listed all the products below. I went with purple & blue, my favorite mermaid shades! This would work with an color combinations though, especially if they are well pigmented! I highly recommend the turquoise shade I used, it applied perfectly!
