Pigments have always had a special place in my heart. I discovered really cheap formulas when I was in middle school but they were absolutely the best. Back in the day, the drugstore just didn’t have very many good eyeshadows. Discovering pigments opened up so many options. Granted…I probably should’ve have been allowed to rock baby blue metallics as much as I did…but that is in the past.
