Pigments have always had a special place in my heart. I discovered really cheap formulas when I was in middle school but they were absolutely the best. When it comes to eyeshadows from the drugstore, the Maybelline Color Tattoos are easily some of my favorites. I wear them as eyeshadow bases nearly day to day & also wear them on their own.
