Matte lip products are still having a serious moment. I’ve been promising a big matte lipstick post for some time now but I just wasn’t quite ready yet. & now I am! March is basically over? Apparently? I’m not exactly sure how that happened since these 31-day months usually feel like they take forever! Either way, I’m happy about it! April is my month since it is my birthday, my mom’s birthday, & when I tend to put away the heavy snow gear. Because this is likely our last winter with legitimate snow since we move back to Las Vegas in a few month. Basically we’re jumping for joy- not snow people we quickly learned. So that’s also a favorite!

November was a pretty exciting month for me I must admit. We found out we finally get to move onto our next base- & it was one we wanted! I’m prepping to travel to California in January for both IMATS & quality family time. It has been bitterly cold but lacking snow- less work for us! I’ve also come upon some awesome new products, some older favorites, & just lots of beauty finds all around.
I’m a big fan of changing up my look which can be seen all over the blog. I tend to bounce from rainbow eyes to neutral & back again. Everything is pretty so why not give it a shot right? With the recent 20% off beauty sales & such I’ve also picked up some new items. & there are way more I haven’t even shared on the blog yet- so that is something to look forward to! When Milani brings out new products- you better pay attention. Milani has dropped 30 new shades in their brand new Bella Eyes Gel Powder Eyeshadow line of singles. Each shade can be used wet or dry & is labeled on the bottom by finish for easy differentiating.These swatch & blend beautifully. Orange is the New Black is one of my favorite shows currently…so we quickly flew through the 2nd season. I’ll make sure not to reveal any major spoilers but this season was intense (which was expected) but also full of awesome twists.
