March 2015 Beauty Favorites including It Cosmetics, Milani, KBShimmer, & More!
March is basically over? Apparently? I’m not exactly sure how that happened since these 31-day months usually feel like they take forever! Either way, I’m happy about it! April is my month since it is my birthday, my mom’s birthday, & when I tend to put away the heavy snow gear. Because this is likely our last winter with legitimate snow since we move back to Las Vegas in a few month. Basically we’re jumping for joy- not snow people we quickly learned. So that’s also a favorite!
Whew! Okay back on topic! I skipped last month in my favorites rotation because I honestly didn’t have anything new or that I’d been using enough to count. I’m picky when it comes to favorites! LORAC Pro 2 Palette Swatches, Review, & Eyeshadow Look
I am still incredibly in love with my Lorac Pro Palette (full review here!). It made my yearly favorites (check them out here!) but it is so much more than that. Many of my go-to shades are in this palette & they really work for me. When the 2nd palette came out I was also immensely excited. Like more than a normal person should be about a palette? November 2014 Beauty Favorites & Fails + Video!
November was a pretty exciting month for me I must admit. We found out we finally get to move onto our next base- & it was one we wanted! I’m prepping to travel to California in January for both IMATS & quality family time. It has been bitterly cold but lacking snow- less work for us! I’ve also come upon some awesome new products, some older favorites, & just lots of beauty finds all around.
I’m a big fan of changing up my look which can be seen all over the blog. I tend to bounce from rainbow eyes to neutral & back again. Everything is pretty so why not give it a shot right? With the recent 20% off beauty sales & such I’ve also picked up some new items. & there are way more I haven’t even shared on the blog yet- so that is something to look forward to! Lorac 3D Liquid Lustre Set for Holiday 2014 are Everything!
Shall we talk about my love of glitter & glitz? I think we should! Nothing screams holidays to me quite like an abundance of shimmer & glitters. I adore the drama & the shine that catches all the lights. Glitter can get a seriously bad reputation- something meant only for the young & chunky + uncomfortable to wear. That just isn’t true anymore- there are options for us glitter aficionados…& I’m going to share one of my favorite intense shimmer options with you today!
Lorac Lustre Drops are nothing new to me- I pick them up whenever possible. I actually reviewed a similar limited edition set last year around this time which you can see here. The two shades of Lorac Lustre Drops that are permanent & available year-round are Diamond & Gold which are both gorgeous. Last year the shades in my set were Diamond, Platinum, Amethyst, & Topaz.
