Ever fallen in love with a look so hard that you just repeat it over & over? I have been absolutely obsessed with the look & color combo so don’t be surprised if you see it in upcoming videos & such. With the humidity completely settled in & here to stay I’ve been looking at more comfortable/effortless skin & long wearing, comfortable makeup on the rest of my face. Most of these products are from the Laura Mercier Summer 2014 Collection or new for 2014 in general. From left to right above we have the  Laura Mercier Gel Lip Color in Heartbreaker, Laura Mercier Longwear Crème Eye Pencil in Teal, Laura Mercier High Coverage Concealer, & Laura Mercier Nail Lacquer in Reckless.

The Gel Lip Color range from Laura Mercier is new & Heartbreaker feels light & gel like. Hopefully in the photos you can see the color has that juicy translucency to it as well. I’ve had this teal eyeliner for a bit of time- it is the perfect pop of color because it is a shade that looks amazing year-round since it doesn’t pull to warm or bright. This concealer is new to me & I love that the shade 0.5 (yes I really am that fair!) actually matches me perfectly. I’ll have a full review on this concealer soon. The nail polish- wow. You’ll have to see more about it below.

Here is a better shot of the Laura Mercier Nail Lacquer in Reckless– isn’t it gorgeous? This is a lavender leaning orchid shade with a perfect formula. This is two easy coats.

On my eyes I have the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Caramel Cool which was a limited edition shade. Copper shades are fabulous on blue eyes & these types of creams are so easy to apply in a pinch. Matched with the Laura Mercier Longwear Crème Eye Pencil in Teal I think this duo is super pretty, fun, & easier than it looks.
