I have to say, I’ve been so excited about this post! It has been my favorite idea because all I used was easy to find drugstore makeup. From foundation to false lashes, the full tutorial is in the video below! I’ve also listed all the products below. I went with purple & blue, my favorite mermaid shades! This would work with an color combinations though, especially if they are well pigmented! I highly recommend the turquoise shade I used, it applied perfectly! Eyes:

– Cos Bar Lashes Trio (half falsies that flare) I found these at Target but you can find them from other brands

Mermaid Mask:
– Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Single in Kitten
– Wet n Wild 8 Pan Palette in Blue Had Me at Hello
– Jesse’s Girl Eye Dust in Secret Weapon

Lips:
– Revlon Lip Butter in Lip Butter
– L’Oreal Color Riche Le Gloss in The Mystics Shine

Obviously you can use any face makeup you want, but the keys to this mask look are definitely Wet n Wild Eyeshadow Single in Kitten, the Turquoise shade from the Wet n Wild Blue Had Me at Hello Palette, & the Jesse’s Girl Pigment in Secret Weapon. Remember to pin the fishnets into place to make it easier to hold your place. Also, use a dense brush so you can pack opn the pigment, a light wash of color just won’t look as scale-line.
