When it comes to colors I really dig purple. I love greens as a very close second but purple is my jam. It is so exciting that drugstore brands like Maybelline are jumping on the vibrant & super bold purple lip trend & I was sucked into buying 3 products from their Fall 2013 display. When it comes to eyeshadows from the drugstore, the Maybelline Color Tattoos are easily some of my favorites. I wear them as eyeshadow bases nearly day to day & also wear them on their own. When I heard they were coming out with pigments…I was ecstatic. I LOVE pigments! These are the first true mainstream/drugstore pigments I’ve tried that weren’t some form of sheer. Maybelline has come out with new Color Tattoos so you know I had to run out & pick them up! I’ll be showing 5 from the new display soon but first I wanted to show #10 Precious Pearl. I love neutral bases & these Maybelline Color Tattoos make the perfect eyeshadow or shadow base for me! Comparisons can be so helpful with cream eyeshadows don’t you think? When it comes to Spring, I like to rock me some bright lips. Neon lips, off color lips, ridiculously pigmented lips. In the past, I’ve only stumbled onto a handful of drugstore shades that fit into this category. Maybelline Vivids are something I’ve been obsessing over since I first read the press release & I’m so incredibly excited to show them to you today!
