One of the specific collections I look forward to every year is from KBShimmer. They just really get into the holiday spirit! Here are my swatches from last year’s KBShimmer holiday/winter collection – Part #1 & Part #2 which you have seen sprinkled all through the year! (They also have a few of those shades available again this year!) I have some definite favorites again this year- so keep reading to see creams, flakies, holographics, & more! [Read more…]
If there is one thing I love above all else in the makeup world- it is a palette. This year Urban Decay released some of my absolute favorites & the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick Palettes are no exception. In fact- they’re some of my standout products of the year because not only are they a steal but they’re also incredibly travel friendly. They both make the perfect gift for a friend…& to you if you love lipstick. Keep reading to check out swatches & review of both palettes- the Urban Decay Blackmail + Junkie Vice Lipstick Palettes. If you aren’t ready for the winter season yet- maybe this collection will help! There is something so holiday-esque about these shades but also somehow completely sparkling & rich. This isn’t your normal red & green- these shades are unexpected but somehow completely fitting. I even included a bonus shot of Mom & I when we ended up both wearing shades from the Zoya Enchanted Collection at the same time completely by accident! One of the saddest makeup moments is when something you love gets discontinued. Bruise from Urban Decay was one of those shades for me. I even had a gloss (I believe in Gash) to match! This was a product I saved up money for & I absolutely loved it. The memory still rings true- & now that I have it back as part of the Urban Decay Vintage Vice Collection of lipsticks brought back from the 90’s vault…I feel that attraction to the shade all over again! Keep reading to see more about the vintage shades in the gorgeously smooth Urban Decay Vice lipstick formula!
I’m so late on this one guys. I got this over the holiday season & actually even used it then didn’t review it. I know it isn’t readily available in the US anymore but I still wanted to share in case Lancome ever comes out with something similar! I really love the layout the more I use it & thought just in case you had spotted it or were willing to check it out on Ebay I’d give you my thoughts! Keep reading to see my review & swatches! Happy holidays & a merry Christmas to those that celebrate! Since I do I thought I’d share my Christmas nails! I’ve been so busy this year I haven’t really been able to enjoy seasonal fun as much as I would’ve liked – but holiday nails are one of my favorite things ever. Like ever ever. Mom & I stumbled upon this beauty at Sally’s Beauty Supply & both had to snag a bottle!
