There are so many times when I am watching awards shows (usually when everyone is arriving!) where I wonder what it would be like to wear those gowns. The tailoring is usually crazy on point, the fabrics are beautiful, & the stars are dazzling. Well I’m sure they’re also quite dizzy- flashbulbs are seriously blinding. Then I curl up on my couch & think about how a bunch of them are in rickety heels…have a staff to replace bobby pins…& end up on the cover of magazines when they don’t wear makeup. Okay…so we don’t have much in common.

So what DO we have in common? Well…the urge to #GoCommando comes to mind! Have you seen those dresses? Sometimes they are legitimately sewn into them! Since cutouts & sheer areas are still totally in & sexy as all heck…you know a lot of these ladies certainly weren’t rocking undergarments at some of these awards shows! This morning I woke up to the heater being off. I left my slippers downstairs so I had to walk barefoot on the tile. I then proceeded to freeze my hands when washing them. Winter is definitely here. Because I grew up in southern California, I am a bit bias about this winter nonsense. I would much rather visit snow than live in it. The one shining light during this season for me is the makeup…& all of the new releases! It Cosmetics is one of my favorite brands & today I get to share one of my favorite lippies in a limited edition form.

The packaging on this trio is obviously amazing- the more companies that catch on to the awesomeness that is holo the better. The It Cosmetics CC+ Lip Serum Limited Edition Holiday Collection includes three Hydrating Anti-Aging Color Correcting Crème Glosses. All three shades are limited edition & I believe exclusive to this set. When it comes to limited edition lip products Maybelline Baby Lips are some of the few I really look forward to. This collection is called Pink’ed & contains- you guessed it- pink shades. There are 5 in total but #105 Blush Burst looked either super sheer or completely clear to me so I passed.
