There are so many times when I am watching awards shows (usually when everyone is arriving!) where I wonder what it would be like to wear those gowns. The tailoring is usually crazy on point, the fabrics are beautiful, & the stars are dazzling. Well I’m sure they’re also quite dizzy- flashbulbs are seriously blinding. Then I curl up on my couch & think about how a bunch of them are in rickety heels…have a staff to replace bobby pins…& end up on the cover of magazines when they don’t wear makeup. Okay…so we don’t have much in common.
