Suzanne Somers was one of my idols growing up. I watched her on tv & read her books. She was always such a positive person- like a ray of sunshine. I’m serious. When I had the opportunity to try some items from her line- I jumped at the chance! She really takes a more natural stance & since I’ve been making a lot of healthy changes in my life- I was extra interested! I have some skincare & makeup from Suzanne Organics to share- all handpicked by me! Keep reading to see it all!

So what are we working with here? A HUGE variety of products! I’m honestly only showing you a snippet but there is so much more to try. For instance, she also has entire lines of haircare & body care. So if there’s a shade you don’t love below- still be sure to check out the website here to find other options!
Let me start with skincare! Pictured is the Suzanne Organics Ultimate 6‑Piece Skincare Kit with bonus Wild Orange Vanilla Lip Balm. Let me go Step-by-Step (HAAA GET IT?) in my skincare routine! There are actually two cleansers in this set- the Everyday Cleanser & the Foaming Exfoliating Cleanser. The Everyday Cleanser is safe for my sensitive skin, has nothing in it that strips my skin, & leaves my skin feeling refreshed. Plus it has a pump! I’ve actually been loving the Foaming Exfoliating Cleanser since my skin has been more hormonal! This cleanser uses natural exfoliants, is surprisingly moisturizing, & smells really fresh. I tend to use one of these cleansers in the morning & before bed. I don’t try to remove my makeup with them, however, so please keep that in mind!
After cleansing, I use the Calming Toner. This one is actually a spray as well which I don’t normally use. It is alcohol free, is soothing to use throughout the day, & doesn’t sit on top of my skin like some toners can. I like the idea of this specific toner for when I travel as well since I won’t need to bring cotton pads. I usually apply eye cream next- & with this set that would be the Anti-Aging Eye Cream. It is packed with Swiss apple stem cells & sea algae extracts, is brightening, & can be used around the lips as well to target specific lines.
You receive two moisturizers- the Bioactive Moisturizer & the Advanced Night Cream! The Bioactive Moisturizer is perfect for daytime with oils, & moisturizers that sink into my skin. I think daytime moisturizer is just as important as your nighttime option. If your moisturizer is a bad fit- your makeup just won’t look as good! The Advanced Night Cream comes with a pump & is somehow very rich but you don’t need a lot! Inside you’ll find a really silky cream that leaves my skin seriously soft come morning. Last up- the Wild Orange Vanilla Lip Balm! This scent is EVERYTHING! & the shea butters leave my lips incredibly smooth before bed! It is actually matte so men don’t have to worry about looking glossy either!
For makeup- I really had a hard time narrowing things down! The line has some seriously gorgeous options! I tried to pick items I could create a full look with & that you would likely pick out as well! I went heavy on the lipsticks & eyeshadows because that’s what y’all tend to request! Above is the packaging- black & rubberized.
Let’s talk face! First- the base is the Sheer Flawless Foundation in the shade Porcelain/Light. This feels a lot like a BB Cream to me which I actually like. It looks super healthy on my skin & is fantastic for my dry spots! I assume that is the aloe vera at work! For cheeks I have two options- the Natural Blushing Powder & the Multiple Stick. I’m pretty picky about my Multiple Sticks but this one is in the color Sunrise which looks like a good fit. It is meant to be universally flattering & for use on eyes, lips, & cheeks. I do find it to be super hydrating but sheer so I prefer it on light makeup days (no powder, minimal face makeup, etc) for a healthy glow. My favorite is actually the Blushing Powder in Antique Rose! The powder itself is a medium texture ( not too stiff or soft) & the color looks so healthy!

Now eyes! I chose two different quads intending them to be both day & night appropriate. The top is the Golden Shimmer Eyeshadow Quad which contains four shimmering neutrals. The shades included are Stone, Sparkling Champagne, Topaz Shimmer, & Spun Gold. I honestly was pretty concerned about these shades all looking the same…but hopefully you can see the different tones in the swatches below! & the pigmentation is beautiful! The other quad is in Essential Neutrals & contains the shades Ivory, Flesh, Cocoa, & Charcoal & they’re all slightly satin-y mattes. The two deeper shades swatch & apply very pigmented while the lighter shades take some building & work. But they do blend out edges really well.
I also selected two Creamy Eyeshadows in the shades Pink Quartz & Mother of Pearl. I chose these shades thinking they can also be used as highlights in a hurry & I was right! Both of these are very pretty- especially in my inner corners for a brightness pop. I couldn’t wear them in the Vegas heat without some primer but over a shadow base they’re quite lovely.

I was really surprised with the Suzanne Organics Sheer Lipsticks! I chose three shades : Coral Crush, Garnet, & Antique Rose. For instance, Coral Crush doesn’t seem all that sheer to me- & it is gorgeous! It is a creamy satin coral & I don’t see shimmer. Garnet was QUITE a surprise! Not overly sheer, red-based pink with a pink fine shimmer sheen. It is so incredibly gorgeous- & hot for summer! I thought Antique Rose would be more mauve, but it is actually nude & the most neutral of the three.
