Recently I’ve collected quite a few eyeshadow palettes that I think are perfect for spring…& I thought it’d be fun to share them with you! I haven’t played with these yet so it is half a haul & half a shopping list! Check out some of my new picks from drugstore to luxury!
I passed on some of the new neutral palettes from the drugstore but I couldn’t help but pick up the Maybelline The Brights Palette when I saw it on the shelves. This palette has a diagram on the pack that shows the shades inside can be broken down into quads, trios, & duos to create some beautiful looks. This has a few neutrals but I was mostly digging the lighter or muted-toned colorful shades.
Pur Minerals is pretty new to my radar but when I spotted the Pur Minerals Soul Mattes Palette…I had to have it! This collection of 8 completely matte shades have a lovely mauve/pink theme. I swatched this in ULTA & they were so smooth! I actually really like the packaging as well- this tin is handy & durable!
From matte neutrals…to some serious drugstore brights! This Hard Candy Top Ten Trendsetters Eyeshadow Collection in Aphrodisiac has some seriously unique looking shades, especially for an affordable brand. Hard Candy is only available at Walmart so I happened to pick this up while perusing the aisles! Hopefully it is awesome!
Lancome is one of my favorite brands on this blog & in real life so I had to get something new-to-me for spring! While at first glance this palette may not look seasonal…purples are seriously my jam! During spring & summer I love to break out my purples especially because they go with everything from mint to peach to bronze. The Lancome Color Design 5 Shadow & Liner Palette in Mauve Cherie is a little stunner- & is actually versatile looking!
Ready for a splurge-worthy eyeshadow quad? This is the stunning, gorgeous, & lavish Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Sophisticate. It might seem less exciting than some of my other picks…but hear me out! First off- these shades swatched beautifully. & the packaging…just stop. Anyway- this quad is the perfect, complementary shade selection to basically everything! I am already so in love with the idea of this pale cream for my browbone/blender along with 3 different options/tones to suit any look!
Last in my little collective haul is one I specifically bought for spring! This is the seriously eye-catching Sleek i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Garden of Eden. & she is glorious! Sleek is kind of under the radar here in the US because it is a UK brand that we have to purchase online but I’ve really enjoyed everything I’ve purchased so far! This palette has varying finishes & kind of a mauve/purple/green vibe to it.
So there you have some of my recent acquisitions! What palettes have you picked up recently for spring or summer? Any colors that say spring or summer to you each year?
