Highlight is the name of my makeup game lately. I want them all. Seriously. Every single one. I want intense. I want demure. I want…like I said- every single one. Today I’m showing you the Solstice Highlighting Palette (well, technically a quad…) from Sleek Cosmetics. Since I love options & actually love Sleek as well (check out my reviews of the Sleek Contour Kit, Blush Trios, & Eye & Cheek Palettes too!) this was an easy pick!
Solstice instantly enhances the complexion with a radiant glow, the highly pigmented metallic finishes create a gorgeous luminous sheen on the skin.

This versatile face and body highlighting palette suits all skin tones

Includes two baked powders, one luxurious cream formula and one silky shimmer powder
Inside the metallic, plastic case you have 4 highlighters- 3 powder & 1 cream. You also get a small, flat blush brush. This isn’t a bad brush but it also isn’t really something I reach for. The plastic packaging is quite sturdy & the mirror is also a decent size. I appreciate a compact that will stay open on its own & I’ve used this for eye makeup & touch-ups on the go.

Bottom left: Subsolar – silky shimmer powder highlighter
Bottom right: Equinox – baked powder highlighter
Left to right we have the Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette Shades in Ecliptic, Subsolar, Hemisphere, & Equinox swatched on bare skin.
Each shade swatches pretty darn pigmented- which is a good thing! It is an easy formula to build up or sheer out. The baked highlights are so pigmented & reflective- perfect for an eye-catching glow! I actually used Hemisphere on my shoulders too & it was beautiful!
I know some people aren’t big on a cream highlighter but I personally love them. I find they can help make my face brighten up without looking powdery since I have combo skin that leans more dry. Here I’m wearing Ecliptic with a light duo fiber brush. Not glittery at all! I think it is clear to see these can be intense but I also wanted to show how light & wearable they can be!
You can purchase the Sleek Cosmetics Solstice Highlighting Palette directly from Sleek Cosmetics here or on their Amazon shop here.
Have you tried anything from Sleek yet? Any favorites? I really love the eyeshadow palettes as well so I need to remember to show them off sometime soon!
