Back to basics. A classic red lipstick without the extras! I think a vintage red lip can bring together any outfit & add instant glam to a holiday look- with a smoky eye or a clean look. ESSENCE | Long Lasting Lipstick in #3 Dare to Wear

An affordable lipstick that promises longer wear. While I don’t find it hardcore long-wearing- the color selection is fabulous for the price & often goes on sale!

PIXI | Mattelustre Lipstick in Classic Red

The formula is fantastic- super comfortable & vivid. This shade in particular doesn’t take much building up & lasts a long time- especially for a red! The demi-matte formula is unique as well because it looks classic without leaning glossy or matte.

LANCOME | Rouge in Love Lipstick in 181 Rouge Saint Honore

This formula is highly pigmented, lightweight, & promises to last up to 6 hours. It has a luxe comfortable feeling & this slightly warm red is pinup-worthy.

BUTTER LONDON | Lippy Tinted Balm in Strawberry Field

A formula that is called a balm- but this shade has some gorgeous pigmentation too! Incredibly smooth, great for winter dryness. & builds upon itself effortlessly for a subtle or rich lip.

IT COSMETICS | Blurred Lines Smooth Fill Gel-Crème Lipstick in It Girl

This is one of my absolute favorite true reds- & the formula is irresistible. This beauty is packed with a built-in primer & hydrators for a truly comfortable somewhat glossy lipstick. It isn’t just a lipstick but an experience!
