Let’s answer the main question- why would you want a blue lipgloss? For one thing, they can be hard to get your hands on in the drugstore & are often (as shown) limited edition. A sheer blue gloss is a workhorse that can turn lip shades beneath it into more cool toned shades. Why might you care about that? Blue tones help to whiten teeth! For those that don’t know, my teeth are genetically discolored so this is a nice way for me to step it up a bit!
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Electro-Shock is a sheer, icy medium blue gloss base packed with blue to purple shifting shimmer. In some lights the blue can look very lightly silvery but it doesn’t look that way on the lips. I don’t recommend wearing this shade alone because it will give your lips that gray/blue tinge. Think of this as a topper not your main color for an easy to wear shade.
