Both shades are ultra creamy & while the bronze side has some soft shimmer the black shade is pure darkness! The packaging is heavy glass while the gold snake-adorned lid matches the rest of the Fall 2014 limited edition items. I find that these shades don’t look shiny or completely flat once on the eyes.

I find myself reaching most often for the black to tightline & the bronze on my lower lashline to soften up a bit! The rest of my look is using Tarte products that I’ll be reviewing soon too!
