Ever walked through TJ Maxx & spied an OPI you’ve never seen? Well I did! I promptly placed it in my cart (along with way too much other stuff) & didn’t think twice about it. When I looked at it in the car on the way home I really thought it was stunning- flakie & shimmer & yes! So much yes! This got me thinking- why am I the only one crazy about it?
