How I Improved my Hair Starting at the Root with Head & Shoulders Instant Relief + Green Apple Dandruff Shampoos on All Things Beautiful XOMy hair definitely has a mind of its own. More recently my scalp has been irritated & I was struggling to find something that worked. Normally I’d add an oil to dry hair or flaky areas…but at the root? Yuck! Keep reading to see why Head & Shoulders was the right fit!

Head & Shoulders Instant Relief Shampoo is formulated with tea tree essence and peppermint oil that helps keep hair healthy, shiny and smooth AND Head & Shoulders Instant Relief Shampoo provides instant, cooling relief to the scalp on contact and starts working with the first wash to restore and maintain scalp health.

When used regularly, Head & Shoulders actually fights to eliminate dandruff. Both products contain the active ingredient pyrithione zinc, which has been proven in hundreds of clinical trials to get rid of dandruff with regular use. My husband has used it for years to keep his scalp looking great so when I started having issues this winter…naturally I reached for it in the shower! Since it was there & everything…

How I Improved my Hair Starting at the Root with Head & Shoulders Instant Relief + Green Apple Dandruff Shampoos on All Things Beautiful XOTurns out, I really love the Head & Shoulders Green Apple variation. I am obsessed with this scent! I think during our hot summers I might reach more for the Head & Shoulders Instant Relief Shampoo but for now…all about that apple! I always thought it would completely dry out my color-treated hair…turns out it doesn’t! I was fully expecting to have to follow up with a deep hair mask treatment but my normal conditioner was fine! Yay- saving time!

You can find the Head & Shoulders Green Apple Shampoo and the Head & Shoulders Instant Relief Shampoo plus many more affordable Head & Shoulders products on Amazon! Having your hair products shipped to your home is a huge time-saver.

Have you ever used Head & Shoulders products? What’s your favorite? I’d love to hear more- & if you’ve tried the apple variation!
