There are certain lines that when I see them in person I just know I need to own something. That’s how I felt about the Nonie Creme Colour Prevails line! I saw this at my local drugstore & was completely drawn in by the butterfly theme…because…pretty! Today I have four items total to share with you: Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Classic Lip Duo Lipstick/Lip Gloss in Pumpkin, Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Lip Design Sheer Colour Liner Duo in Rosewood, Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Eye Design Cream Shadow/Liner Duo in Grey Silver, & the Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Eye Shimmer Powder in Teddy Bear. Keep reading to check them out!
This is the Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Classic Lip Duo Lipstick/Lip Gloss in Pumpkin– & it is perfect for fall! I love this orange shade & isn’t the packaging gorgeous? The lipstick is a satin & the gloss isn’t stick at all! The formula on the lipgloss is smooth & it actually brightens without having any shimmer? That’s some kind of magic! I’m impressed with the lipstick’s pigmentation while not really having a scent.
Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Lip Design Sheer Colour Liner Duo in Rosewood is the other lip product I’ve tried & both the shade & formula make it super wearable. The larger crayon side is much more sheer but adds a nice shine. I really love the color of the lipliner- very neutral & perfect for fall. The texture on both is really creamy & there isn’t any tugging. I quite like the idea of this balmy combo for the more dry months coming as well.

I was honestly a bit wary of the Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Eye Design Cream Shadow/Liner Duo in Grey Silver. Eye crayons seem to be difficult to get right- too creamy? They crease. & that’s it because if it creases I won’t use it. This combo is kind of a silver eyeshadow crayon with a gunmetal eyeliner- very pretty together. It is both waterproof & smudge-proof but the jumbo eyeshadow crayon takes awhile to set so you have to prepare. I really like the eyeliner side- the pigmentation is nice & the color smudges beautifully.
This Nonie Creme Colour Prevails Eye Shimmer Powder in Teddy Bear is probably my favorite packaging of all! I haven’t tried the nail polishes yet (check them out here!) but the packaging is similar & I’m loving it. The shape is supposed to make it easier to hold & apply. Sadly I found this particular shade needed a lot of building up because the applicator does a really good job not making a mess. I love the color once I do that though! I’m really hoping I can try some of the more colorful shades soon along with those polishes!

Nonie Creme is a real person- & she was the former founding creative director of Butter London! If you look into what led to her line- from pitching to Walgreens to her inspiration- she’s very interesting. I like the overall look with the moth & butterfly inspiration as well- very eye-catching! In a sea of drugstore brands, this one definitely stand out! I’m also intrigued by the plentiful amount of duo-use products- like the double pencils above there are tons more to choose from! Check out more on her site here!
Are you loving this packaging? Have you tried anything from this line? Any colors catch your eye?
