KBShimmer makes some of the best neons of all time. I am completely smitten. In Yacht Water is a stunning Caribbean blue- it just reminds me of creamy, beachy waters we all think of. Then there’s For Sail by Owner which is a faded neon lime cream that just screams tropical summer. All the feels for these two!
Some neons take a lot of work to dotticure. You often need to apply a white base then your first shade. Often you need to apply a base dot as well in white to get them to pop! That takes some patience & trials that take time as well. These neon creams from KBShimmer laugh that off though- they don’t take that kind of work. You just use your dotting tool & bam- neon dots that sear summer into the brain.
