I can’t believe it is almost Christmas! I’ve been so busy that I just haven’t made the time for much nail art lately. But…the Zoya Enchanted Collection was sitting on my desk, calling to me, & I ended up doing something I’ve wanted to try for ages! A drip manicure! So here it is using two of my picks from the Zoya Pixie Dusts!
I chose Zoya Elphie (an emerald green) & Zoya Lorna (a magenta-based berry) for obvious reasons. They were the closest to red & green! I knew layering the two would deepen up Zoya Lorna a bit too & make it look more plummy. Hello holidays!
There are tons of tutorials & ideas for drip manicures out there so I assume you’ve seen them before! But just know that if you are going to use textured shades to let the base color dry completely before starting on the next! If not it won’t really “texture” right!
In case you missed it- I swatched both shades & reviewed the entire Zoya Enchanted Winter/Holiday 2016 Collection here! Which shades from the collection were your favorite? Have you done any holiday nail art? Ever tried a drip manicure?
