Halloween is coming!!! I’m so excited. With the new blog I haven’t had much time to do many Halloween posts (which are some of my favorites so booo) but I did want to show you guys these new themed & limited edition balms I picked up! I reviewed the original balms that look like EOS eggs here from Walgreens. We still really enjoy them so when I saw new flavors/scents we jumped on them- & we have totally mixed thoughts! Keep reading to check them out!

Walgreens Limited Edition Fall Lip Balms! 02

One of the reasons I had to get this one up isn’t just because of Halloween… but because Ryan keeps asking about them! In case you haven’t caught my many EOS posts or my review of the original Walgreens brand Revo balms– we have a seriously love for all things lip balm. We have them in every room of of our house, on tabletops, cars, etc. The ball/egg shape of these balms & the EOS ones are really convenient too- they’re easy to see & look cute! These are both scented & flavored. I cover the differences between the Walgreens Revo Balms & the EOS balms in this post here.

The Halloween & Fall options from Walgreens Revo Lip Balms:

Pumpkin Spice Lip Balm- This reminds me SO much of Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Cupcake scent!

Black Cat Cherry Lip Balm- Our definite fail of the bunch- so artificial & cough syrup reminiscent.

Chocolate Mint Lip Balm- I think this is my favorite! I love mint chocolate flavors & scents & this is a bit more chocolate-y than mint. Perfect for cold weather.

Ghoulish Grape Lip Balm- This smells exactly like the grape flavored Laffy Taffy candy- which is why my husband already snapped it up.

Candy Corn Lip Balm- Again- very accurate. Mostly sweet vanilla with sugar- which is candy corn after all.

Overall I’m really happy with the selection & liking 4 out of 5 isn’t too bad since I am not much of a cherry fan anyway. I do wish they had made an apple or even caramel apple option though- a favorite of mine! Unfortunately you can’t order any of these balms or even the permanent ones online- but you can visit the Walgreens site to see if they’re in-stock near you & even pick-up! These are in a bowl at my local Walgreens & shrink wrapped as well with the names on the outside. They were $2.99 each but the Walgreens brand items often go on sale so watch for that! Have you picked up any fall or Halloween seasonal makeup items yet? I’d love to see them!
