When it comes to fall, most people go for creams. Me? I love a good cream but I can’t imagine going a whole season without some serious glitz. After reviewing Rainbow Honey Lumine Hall I knew I wanted to use it as a base in something fun so I went all out with some golden rainbow goodness sponged on my tips! I can’t decide if I prefer this look matte or not…but I think I’m leaning towards matte! The hexes in Lumine Hall stick out more & the rainbow glitters look more vibrant to me. This was seriously so much fun to wear & I got lots of compliments & questions. Definitely glitzy!
