Love. This polish is love. But I am indeed getting ahead of myself. The OPI San Francisco collection didn’t blow my mind. I’m from California so I was quite excited but there just wasn’t a wow factor for me personally. Except for OPI Alcatraz…Rocks. This was the polish I wanted most & I went on a hunt. But it wasn’t easy. I hit at least 5 different OPI retailers without luck. It seems a lot of places got the core shades but not the OPI San Francisco Liquid Sand Shades. It made me very angry. But now that I have it & am having a serious affair…I’m ready to share it with you guys!

OPI Alcatraz…Rocks Liquid Sand Nail Polish- A cool toned navy base packed with multi-colored shimmer mainly green, purple, & gold. 3 coats, no topcoat. Textured finish.

This dried wonderfully fast & I’ve been wearing it for 3 days now. I just adore it. Barely any wear except a bit on my pointer which is likely from typing & kitchen counter cleaning. This is easily one of my favorite textured shades I’ve tried yet…this combo is just fabulous & so fall/winter appropriate. I love the different shades of shimmer, lots of depth. This is also an excellent layering shade, just put it over another shade for a seriously cool textured result.
