Lancome Color Design 5 Shadow & Liner Palette in Mint Jolie Swatches & Review

June 3, 2013 By StephanieLouise 424Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F06%2Flancome-color-design-5-shadow-liner.htmlLancome+Color+Design+5+Shadow+%26+Liner+Palette+in+Mint+Jolie+Swatches+%26+Review2013-06-03+14%3A41%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F06%2Flancome-color-design-5-shadow-liner-palette-in-mint-jolie-swatches-review.html

Birthday gift. Affiliate links.

If you happened to catch my ridiculously spoiled birthday haul from this year then you probably caught how much I wanted this beautiful palette from Lancome. The Lancome Color Design 5 Shadow & Liner Palette in Mint Jolie looks youthful but sophisticated. This was my first Lancome Color Design 5 palette although I had swatched it in stores (pretty much every store I went into…) for a very long time. The shades go together beautifully, you can create looks year round that are on trend, & they honestly feel amazing. I’ve been really excited to share my swatches & review with you so here it is!

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-08_zps9ddbf3a2.jpg
 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-09_zps3d218292.jpg

So in a weird twist…I can’t find other reviews on this palette. I find this odd since it is not only on trend but from such a popular brand. Hopefully if you were searching for swatches or a review like I did before purchasing you’ve had better luck. Apparently this is an unsung palette! This palm sized palette comes in the usual grey-silver Lancome packaging with the iconic rose. The palette itself is simple black, sturdy packaging with again the silver iconic Lancome rose symbol.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-07_zps2a4844d3.jpg

The Lancome Color Design 5 Shadow & Liner Palettes all come set up the same way. You get 5 shades total, each with a different suggested purpose. Shade 1 is an all-over base shade, 2 is meant for the lid, 3 is for the crease, 4 is a highlighter, & 5 is meant to be a liner. In the photo you see a clear insert labeling each shade which is easily removed. This diagram also appears on the back of the palette for reference.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-05_zps8b567336.jpg

Let’s look at the specific shades you’ll see in the palette. The photo above is with flash. You can see the shades in natural lighting below.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-04_zps12e88d0f.jpg

1. is the All-Over Base shade & it is a shimmery vanilla.
2. is the Lid shade & is a pastel mint with soft gold shimmer.
3. is the Crease shade & is a beautiful taupe with nice pigmentation.
4. is the Highlighter shade & is a beige crushed glitter which means it is slightly flaky. The flakes themselves are a very soft gold. You’ll get a bit of fallout with this shade if you use it dry & it will look more metallic when used wet.
5. is the Liner shade & it is a smoky black base packed with emerald shimmer. I really prefer this shade wet as it is more pigmented.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-02_zps7d0b17d1.jpg

Swatches left to right on bare skin (no primer) are all done dry. You can also wear these shades wet.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-01_zps1b1337a8.jpg

You can see the taupe changes a bit depending on the lighting. This makes it a true taupe! Love! The mint also shifts a bit as the gold sheen catches the light.

 photo Lancome-Mint-Jolie-Color-Design-Palette-03_zpsde8e979b.jpg

This liner shade is definitely blacker when used wet & more pigmented. I wanted you to be able to see the emerald shimmer though, it is really lovely! I’d love this shade in a stick form!

I really love this palette. You can create multiple looks with these shades from day to fun to night time sexy. I can’t wait to get some tutorials up for you guys because I definitely think these shade look better on the eye. All of the eyeshadows are very soft. I can see some people complaining that they aren’t pigmented when using a brush so I wanted to give you a tip. Use a firm brush, sponge applicator, a damp brush, or even your fingertip. This really helps to deposit the color beautifully onto the lid. This also helps to prevent fallout.

Stay tuned for tutorials! You can purchase the Lancome Color Design 5 Shadow & Liner Palette in Mint Jolie for $49 from the Lancome website. You can also purchase this palette where Lancome is sold since it is part of the core line.

What do you think of this palette? Are these shades you would wear? When it comes to the tutorial would you like to see a day, dramatic, or smoky look?

Rimmel Cocktail Colour In A Flash Summer Nail Polish Swatches & Review

May 30, 2013 By StephanieLouise 425Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Frimmel-cocktail-colour-in-flash-summer.htmlRimmel+Cocktail+Colour+In+A+Flash+Summer+Nail+Polish+Swatches+%26+Review2013-05-30+21%3A43%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Frimmel-cocktail-colour-in-a-flash-summer-nail-polish-swatches-review.html

 photo RimmelCocktailCouloursReviewSwatches014_zps9a17bcb8.jpg

When I found the Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers (Apocolips in the UK) I also picked up the 5 nail polish  shades on the display. Each shade is a glass fleck & is in a summery hue. I think these are limited edition so if you want them, you’ll have to snap them up. The Rimmel polishes are significantly smaller than most nail lines with only .27 fl oz (for reference a nail polish from Zoya contains .5 ) but they only cost $2.50. Keep reading to see swatches!

 photo RimmelCocktailCouloursReviewSwatches015_zps0d9be7ab.jpg
 photo RimmelCocktailCouloursReviewSwatches016_zps4404f1df.jpg

Let use first look at the bottles & claims. Each bottle has a cute bottle over a holographic background as a sticker on the wand handle.  The names appear in white on the base of each bottle & they are all cute booze names. On the back each shade promises “One-coat nail polishes. Dries in less than 60 seconds.” While all of these shade can be worn with one coat…none of them do this without visible nail line. VPL is important to me so I wanted to point this out. I did each of my swatches with one nail with only one coat & then showed what it looks like with 2-4 coats on the rest.I found the formula was pretty consistent & I had balding so be careful when applying.

Rimmel Cocktail Colour in150 Cutie Colada- Lime green glass fleck. By far the most sheer. I left one coat on my ring finger & there are 3-4 on the rest of my fingers. Clearly not a one coater,

 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-011_zpsdb7492e9.jpg
 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-03_zpsbec3952e.jpg

Rimmel Cocktail Colour in 130 Apple Berry Smoothie- Very pretty medium blue with bright blue flecks in the light. This is a nice & was one of the best applications. One coat on my ring finger & 2 on the rest.

 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-012_zpsb87dabe5.jpg
 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-02_zps29ce9b99.jpg

Rimmel Cocktail Colour in  120 Shirley Temple- An orange with golden hued flecks. One of my favorites just because it is a more subdued version of my beloved China Glaze Riveting. One coat on my middle finer & 3 thin coats on the rest. Man did this look terrible with one coat but it looks like sparkling orange soda with a few more!

 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-010_zpsc7ab9fb0.jpg
 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-04_zps9ae63ce1.jpg

Rimmel Cocktail Colour in 110 Baby Bellini- A medium purple with bluish undertones. It doesn’t flash blue really but this is also the most normal shade to me. Because it is so dark & dense the glass flecks don’t really come across. One coat on my ring finger & 2 on the rest.

 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-09_zps3e4677b9.jpg
 photo Rimmel-Cocktail-Coulours-Review-Swatches-05_zps98f3ce11.jpg

Rimmel Cocktail Colour in  140 Hawaiian Punch- A red toned hot pink. I really like this shade & I think it is actually really pretty. One coat on my ring finger & only 2 on the rest. Probably my favorite of the bunch because I don’t have anything quite the same.

All of these shades are pretty & summery. Definitely budget friendly. With my experience with sheer glass flecks, all of these shades should be really pretty over black or white as well. You can find these polishes on this Rimmel display I posted about recently.

What do you think? Will you be picking any of these shades up? Have you seen them anywhere besides Walgreens?

Essie Naughty Nautical & The More the Merrier Swatches & Review

May 30, 2013 By StephanieLouise 426Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Fessie-naughty-nautical-more-merrier.htmlEssie+Naughty+Nautical+%26+The+More+the+Merrier+Swatches+%26+Review2013-05-30+12%3A26%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Fessie-naughty-nautical-the-more-the-merrier-swatches-review.html

For summer 2013 Essie has cranked out the Naughty Nautical collection. This contains 5 shades, 4 with shimmer & one true cream. I picked up the namesake (Naughty Nautical) which contains shimmer & the lone cream ranger of this set. Keep reading to see my swatches & thoughts!

 photo Essie-Naughty-Nautical-Summer-2013-02_zpscb17a354.jpg

Essie Naughty Nautical- A lovely blue leaning teal cream packed with small silver fleck shimmer. This doesn’t look silver on the nail really, just more light catching & bright. 2 coats.

 photo Essie-Naughty-Nautical-Summer-2013-04_zpsa046cc43.jpg
 photo Essie-Naughty-Nautical-Summer-2013-03_zpsae9ae9e9.jpg

Essie The More the Merrier- Slightly murky chartreuse green cream. . 2 coats.

This collection didn’t wow me as much as the Essie Resort Collection which I swatched recently but the 2 shades I did end up getting are pretty. I don’t find them to be terribly unique but they are nice nonetheless. There was a coral type shade I’m thinking about picking up but none of the others made it close to my basket. Pretty but not stunning.

What do you think of the Essie Naughty Nautical collection? Any shades that wow you?

Infiniti Pro by Conair Auto-Rotating Curling Iron Review + Uses

May 29, 2013 By StephanieLouise 427Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Finfiniti-pro-by-conair-auto-rotating.htmlInfiniti+Pro+by+Conair+Auto-Rotating+Curling+Iron+Review+%2B+Uses2013-05-29+12%3A49%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Finfiniti-pro-by-conair-auto-rotating-curling-iron-review-uses.html

 photo Conair-Rotating-Curling-Iron-Review-02_zps01a5e7d8.jpg

PR Sample. Affiliate Links.

Let’s start off with I love me some gorgeous curls! Waves, big, spiral, anything. Because my hair is stick straight (with irritating waves in the back under layers) curling my hair is a special treat. So why don’t you see it all that often? Because I have tons & tons of hair. Tons. My hair is very fine (hello baby hairs, I hate you) but ultra thick so it takes me quite awhile. Plus, with that much hair, it is hard to make curls look natural. The Infiniti Pro by Conair Auto-Rotating Curling Iron is kind of crazy when you first hear about it but honestly, you’re going to love it.

 photo Conair-Rotating-Curling-Iron-Review-03_zps91c532b5.jpg

 photo Conair-Rotating-Curling-Iron-Review-05_zps41b5d176.jpg

Press a button to rotate the barrel & the curling iron rolls your hair up. Push another & it unrolls. It is actually really simply to use & gives nice loose curls to my hair. Well, cool but how is that more than one type of curl? The clamp is so thin that not only does it not leave a mark but I can use it like a clipless curling wand. That’s what I did for this look. I used it as intended & as a clipless wand alternating to make my style more natural. I absolutely love this wand & that I can get so many different looks with only one tool!

 photo Conair-Rotating-Curling-Iron-Review-01_zpseb8ec497.jpg

From the Ulta site abut the Infiniti Pro by Conair Auto-Rotating Curling Iron:

  • Auto-rotating clamp holds hair and spins around to create the perfect curl
  • 1-in. tourmaline ceramic barrel for smooth, shiny, silky curls
  • Bi-directional rotation
  • No-slip silicone strip for deep shine
  • Less damage & zero hot spots
  • 400 degrees F high heat
  • 30-second heat up
  • Auto-off
  • Limited five-year manufacturer’s warranty
 photo Conair-Rotating-Curling-Iron-Review-04_zps2bba94d3.jpg

I haven’t been so impressed with a curling iron in a long time &  it is definitely original! I do want to urge you to pay attention to your timing though! You need to make sure you don’t leave it on so long because this curling iron can get hot! It will leave your hair shiny which is awesome,  just don’t get distracted! I also noted that I have to use a bit thicker sections of hair or else it slips a bit. The barrel is ultra hot & smoothe so it just means it takes less time for me to curl. I love that I don’t burn my fingertips rolling & unrolling…maybe this deadness in my fingertips from years of hot tools will heal? Either way, I’m glad I have the Infiniti Pro by Conair Auto-Rotating Curling Iron added to my arsenal.

Fake a Taupe Eyeshadow Look with Lorac Pro + Rimmel Show Off in Nova Tutorial

May 28, 2013 By StephanieLouise 428Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Ffake-taupe-eyeshadow-look-with-lorac.htmlFake+a+Taupe+Eyeshadow+Look+with+Lorac+Pro+%2B+Rimmel+Show+Off+in+Nova+Tutorial2013-05-28+17%3A22%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Ffake-a-taupe-eyeshadow-look-with-lorac-pro-rimmel-show-off-in-nova-tutorial.html

 photo Rimmel-Nova-and-Lorac-Pro-Taupe-Tutorial-07_zps4fdd698b.jpg

If there is one look I create over & over it is a taupe eyeshadow look. Taupe makeup just makes me happy year round & I think it can really make my eyes pop when done a certain way. I love my Lorac Pro palette so much lately but I don’t find it has a true taupe that is taupe enough for me. What is a girl to do? Create one of course! Obviously I’m not a scientist but I’ve found that when you combine shades that you often see in shades of taupes correctly…it will look a bit duochrome or like a taupe itself. Ah, the eyes. So crazy. I’ll also be showing you how my first day of testing the new Rimmel Show Off (or Apocolips in the UK) in Nova looks! If you haven’t seen these yet, I showed you the displays popping up here! Every product used is listed below!

 photo Rimmel-Nova-and-Lorac-Pro-Taupe-Tutorial-04_zpsd2433b58.jpg

Eyeshadow Tutorial:
Apply a primer first. Today I used the Lorac Eye Primer. Apply Taupe to the crease & blend well. You want to outline where your darkest shade will be. Mix a bit of slate & Pewter on a fluffy brush & work into outer corner. Blend, blend, blend. I brought it in pretty far for a dramatic look. Mix a bit of purple & black on the very outer corner if desired & bring down to create a slight V. Apply Pewter to lid & blend up lightly to merge colors. Apply a bit of Lt. Bronze directly to middle of lid to create a brightening, light catching look. Blend. Apply Cream to browbone foe highlight. Under your eye drag pewter on the outer half & Lt. Bronze on the inner blending well for a seamless transition. Apply a light touch of champagne to inner corner for brightening. Apply liner & mascara.

The Rimmel Show Off Lip Lacquers were releasing in the UK months ago & I’ve been searching ever since! They retail for $4.99 each & come in 14 shades. Some have shimmer but I think most were creams.

I’ll have swatches/reviews as soon as I can & I’ll post about the shades I picked up as soon as I can! I’ll probably be testing them the next few days & swatching the polishes tomorrow. I’m so excited! What shades are you most excited about? We got even more shades than the UK Rimmel initial release so maybe it was worth the wait!

Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral Matte Palette Review & Swatches

May 22, 2013 By StephanieLouise 431Leave a Commenthttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Fsonia-kashuk-eye-on-neutral-matte.htmlSonia+Kashuk+Eye+on+Neutral+Matte+Palette+Review+%26+Swatches2013-05-22+21%3A07%3A00StephanieLouisehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.allthingsbeautifulxo.com%2F2013%2F05%2Fsonia-kashuk-eye-on-neutral-matte-palette-review-swatches.html

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-07_zps59cf0819.jpg

I bought it. Affiliate links.

First: I’ve been holding back showing this to you guys until I tested the heck out of them. I am indeed in love & I think a lot of you will be too. Let’s talk about my bargain new favorite palette shall we? I know I reviewed the new Too Faced Summer Eye Palette (& did an eye look here!) which I love & have also been loving my Lorac Glo Getter Palette (which I also did this awesome eye look for) but I have found a palette that trumps them. Crazy right? I mean it is spring…practically summer… & those two palettes are wonderful. Bright, fun, & new pretty much guarantees them into a favorites spot…so what beat them out recently? A matte neutral palette called Eye on Neutral from Sonia Kashuk.

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-02_zps4ed86e20.jpg

I know right? A neutral palette taking the first spot? But do hear me out! If you’ve heard anything about a little brand called Urban Decay then you probably know all about the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. You get 6 shades & 5/6 are matte. I don’t own it to do a side by side because…I promised myself I wouldn’t buy it. Is the quality good? Definitely. How about the packaging? Nice. So Stephanie…why won’t you buy it? Because it is $27 & it didn’t blow my mind. I’m picky I guess because I’ve been wanting a matte palette that is smaller to use as an accompanying palette to some of my others. My Lorac Pro Palette (which I still need to review!) has some nice matte neutrals but I don’t want to kill them. I love my single in Brulee from Wet n Wild which is so cheap & my favorite base/blending shade but I needed more. & I like variety. 4 neutrals in the same family & a black just didn’t wow me. Sonia Kashuk did.

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-01_zpsebfdbb63.jpg
This palette itself has simple packaging in black with a clear front so I can see what I’m grabbing. All 12 shades (double the amount in the Urban Decay Basics) are matte. This compact is sturdy but also very thin. I also get a taupe (bonus points!), multiple light shades which is important since I hit those hard, a grey which I also appreciate, a peach which I find myself adoring, & a black to smoke out or set liner with perfectly. All matte, all pigmented, & all apply nicely.

Shades are swatched over ELF eyeshadow primer on the back of my hand. One swipe each.

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-03_zpse2841d1a.jpg
 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-06_zps2ea39638.jpg

Row #1: this shade is very similar to WnW Brulee & is a soft nude with a hint of peach, cool dark brown, & a black.

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-05_zps1c2ad4d9.jpg

Row #2: soft cool toned nude that pretty much blended into my hand, peachy flesh shade, beautiful medium brown, & a medium gray.

 photo Sonia-Kashuk-Eye-on-Neutral-02-Palette-Review-04_zps112e94f3.jpg

Row #3: a fair bone shade, peach flesh toned color with slight orange tone, red toned brown, & a medium taupe.

I think this palette used to contain some sort of instructions which mine didn’t so it is thin. If yours does you might want to check & see if they have been repackaged. So although I can’t do a side by side with the Urban Decay Naked Basics I hope you can see why I think they’re similar. For me it is a “dupe” because of what I use it for. Except better because Sonia Kashuk gives me twice as many options! Cons? Some of the shades are definitely similar but that doesn’t bother me a bit. Actually…I prefer it because then I can hit those shades a bit harder without worrying about running out. I am so happy with this palette.

The Sonia Kashuk Eye on Neutral Palette can be purchased at Target for $19.99. Sonia Kashuk sometimes has coupons but I bought it full priced & don’t regret it one bit! Do you own the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette? I know so many people love it! What do you think of this palette from Sonia Kashuk?

When it comes to new products, travel sizes intrigue me. Products I can throw in my purse that have multiple uses, are super compact, or convenient as heck must be mine. When Flower Beauty (a line by Drew Barrymore available exclusively at Walmart that I talk about a whole lot more in the review for the bronzer/blush duo that I adore!) first launched these little Pocket Triplets weren’t available. I was SO bummed because I was definitely looking forward to them. When they finally hit my Walmart I picked up the 2 that intrigued me most, the concealer trio & a pink lippie trio.

The concept of these is really great for travel. Remember those pencils/crayons that stacked back in the day to give you a new point? Same concept. Unfortunately they didn’t quite pan out that way…but let’s talk about the good points first. These are compact. Check out the photo above of the Flower Triplet next to a Milani lipstick. Great size right?

I’ll talk about the packaging more below but I’ll tell you some of the things I hate currently. This has absolutely no information on the stupid tube after removing the plastic wrap. Bull, I hate this so much. No shade name, not even what the product is. On top of that, it is one of those tubes you have to close the right way. The flat front has to meet up or else it isn’t going to close. Even then…it doesn’t stay closed well. The pretty rose gold paint on it is also scratching away & I’ve barely used it. Bummer.

The shades are creamy & actually super pretty. The concealer trio I got is in the lightest shades…can you see how dark they are? The lightest one is workable but the rest…no way no how. The lip shades all come in sets of the same color which seem silly. Who wants 3 options of pink when you could have a red, nude, & a pink? Or some sort of mixture? But…they’re gorgeous. really pretty & super creamy. They have me wanting to try the lipsticks now because if they are similar…I’d really love that darkest shade. The lipstick shades actually leave behind a stain because they’re nicely pigmented so heads up on that.

I go into more detail in my favorites video above. Just fast forward to my fails (or watch the whole thing, I won’t complain!) so you can see how this gets wonky & messed up. First of all, they kept falling out…everywhere. It was so bad it didn’t even make it into my purse. It would never survive in that black hole I call a purse, seriously, it would be everywhere. Next…every time I changed them it got beneath my fingernail. Gross. Also, messy again.

Third, check out the picture above. That’s how much product of each shade you get. No really, & I have very small nails.

Last, these retail for around $7 each…no. Just no. I know it is cute, compact, & honestly the shades are beautiful but just don’t waste your money. You won’t be able to use it. I’m planning to depot my shades because I honestly really like them but for $14 ah heck no. Not worth it guys, it just isn’t. I wish things were different because I like the concept in theory but it just didn’t come together.

Birchbox for May 2013 featuring Sumita, Coola, & a Video!

Birchbox has just been okay in recent months. It hasn’t been terrible but it also hasn’t been able to touch Ipsy (check out my May 2013 Ipsy bag here!) so I am on the fence. The reason I like Birchbox (referral link!) so much is the points. For every item in your box (usually about 5 items a month) that  you review on their site with a super quick survey the will give you 10 points. 100 points is equivilant to $10 to spend on Birchbox. Because the Birchbox store has things I actually want to buy (like Zoya polishes, theBalm blushes, etc.) I find that the boxes really only cost me $5 in the end. So that is how I think of it!

Items in my Birchbox for May 2013:

Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle- At first glance in the video this was a nice sized sample. Upon trying to use it…I can’t even get it to spray! I eventually gave up  & put it in my bare hands. It smells really nice like coconuts but it didn’t do anything all that great for my hair.

Coola Classic Sunscreen for Face Moisturizer SPF 30- I love Coola & reviewed this product specifically here. I like the size & plan to save it for travel! Their products also don’t break me out & since I liked this it will be perfect for my next trip!

Folle de Joie Eau de Parfum- Nice but didn’t blow my mind. The first notes it says are mandarin & rose but it definitely pulls more musky on me. I might actually have picked some up but it is way too expensive for me to be iffy about!

Sumita Color Contrast Eyeliner- This doesn’t have a shade on it but if you look at the video it is lovely! I haven’t worn it on my eyes yet but it did set nicely & had a very comfortable texture that reminded me a bit of the NYX pencils. This doesn’t have a name because they’re being sold as a set of 4 mini liners on Birchbox shop.

Acroball Pure White Pen from Pilot- Nice extra but not something that made me go “Wow I’m so glad they included that!” I’m really into eraseable pens from Pilot right now though. This is a pink pen & I’m sure I’ll end up using it!

Overall, just an okay box. Am I thrilled paying $10? Probably not this month. However for $5 like I explained above I’m happy. I like the Sumita eyeliner quite a bit actually & Coola is a brand I enjoy overall. You can sign up for Birchbox by using my referral link here: https://www.birchbox.com?raf=csrwo I’ll get points for referring you & I’d appreciate it! For only $10 a month I have a good time & look forward to receiving it.
