When the It Cosmetics Naturally Pretty Romantics version came out I was practically giddy to get my hands on it! Now that I’ve had a nice time testing, I’m ready to share my thoughts! The It Cosmetics brand is unlike anything- every product is packed with ingredients that make them completely unique. This eyeshadow formula specifically contains hydrolyzed collagen, acai, green tea and Vitamins A, C, & E. This helps make the shadows blend over the eye effortlessly without drawing attention to lines or wrinkles. They also don’t contain any blah ingredients like talc which can actually make your lids look crepe-y & older. The shade range is romantic including more muted hues that are for every look & season. You have a wide variety of light shades & deeper hues- plus they can all be used wet or dry! Use the pearl to double your shades & apply sheen right where you want it.

All of these shades are a creamy, blendable matte formula except for the Transforming shade which is meant to layer with any color to give it some shimmer. All swatches are on bare skin without primer. I use the original constantly for effortless matte looks & this palette has the same texture I love but with a more romantic feel. These shadows don’t tug or crease on me & work exceptionally well over primer.
