Textured polishes are still all the rage (to my personal delight!) so today I bring you 3 shades from the SinfulColors Full Throttle Collection for Summer 2014. All of the shades are textured with a “rubberized” texture which is unlike any of the other textures I’ve tried. Keep reading to check these babies out!
For me personally the texture on these is pretty easy to describe…rare when it comes to textures. Did anyone else obsessively ask for quarters to feed them into a) gumball machines or b) bouncy ball dispensers? Well if you ever got a cheap bouncy ball that happened to crack straight down the seam (which actually made them more fun because then you had two uncontrollable blobs!) then if you remember the soft texture inside I think this is quite similar. Yes, I am automatically a kid again!
SinfulColors in Rain Rubber- A brilliant blue with rubberized texture finish.
SinfulColors in Rubber Ball- A hot pink with rubberized texture finish.
SinfulColors in Red Tired- A orange leaning hot red with rubberized texture finish.
I love that none of these contain shimmer- so many do & I like varying textures & shades…& clearly finishes. All three shades above are 2 coats. Make sure to wait until your coats dry down before adding another & don’t follow up with top coat if you’d like to keep the textured look. There are two other lovely shades in this line as well!
You can follow SinfulColors on social media for more colors and swatches. They’re @SinfulColors_NP on Twitter and SinfulColors Professional on Facebook.
What do you think of the textured trend? Still feeling it? Do you prefer shimmer or glitter in your textures?
